What can we say? We’re obsessed with arepas.
Arepera du Plateau was born in 2011 in a small restaurant on Duluth St. in the Plateau Mont-Royal area in Montreal. In 2018, we moved to a bigger place on Prince-Arthur, to better accommodate our customers.


What is an arepa?
An arepa is a traditional hand-made 100% corn, gluten-free bread. It's served like a sandwich, with various fillings which include beef, chicken, pork, fish, vegetables, or cheese.
